​Do I need to be home for the service?

No! As long as we have access to your yard, our Turd Burglars can work their magic while you’re away. Just let us know about any gates, locks, or special instructions when you sign up.

What areas do you service?

We service the entire Gold Coast!

Is your service safe for pets and kids?

Absolutely! We use eco-friendly, pet-safe enzyme treatments that break down bacteria and odors without harming your lawn, pets, or children.

Where do the poops go afterwards?

We responsibly dispose of pet waste off-site in accordance with local regulations. We use eco-friendly bags and ensure the waste is handled safely, keeping your community clean and green.

What if my dog is still in the yard during the service?

We don’t mind, but we prefer if your dog is inside during our visit. This allows us to thoroughly clean without missing any spots. If your dog is protective or aggressive, please secure them before our visit.

What if I have multiple dogs?

The more the merrier! No extra charges for additional dogs!

What if the weather is bad?

Rain or shine, the Turd Burglars are on the job! We’ll work around mild weather conditions to keep your yard clean. In cases of extreme weather, we’ll reschedule to ensure safety and quality service.

What size yards to your services cover?

We can accommodate all yard sizes! Our standard pricing plans cover yards up to 500 m². For yards larger than 500 m², please email us at hello@turdburlgars.com.au for a customized quote.
